Return Policy
We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable. Please check product details before purchasing.
To initiate a return, email our customer service team at dolledbydomo.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions upon approval. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
